What is included when I purchase an Adoptable?
When you purchase an Adoptable you will receive a Personalised Adoption Certificate, A 6" x 4.5" Print of your chosen Adoptable and a Personalised Keyring containing an image of your chosen Adoptable.
When will my Adoptable arrive?
Adoptables are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Delivery and are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Therefore your Adoptable should arrive with you within 3-4 working days.
I live outside of the UK, can I purchase an Adoptable?
At present Adoptables can only be dispatched to addresses within the UK and so unfortunately we cannot dispatch to addresses in other countries.
How do I order an Adoptable?
To order an Adoptable simply visit our Shop and choose your Adoptable, once chosen click the 'Personalise & Buy' button which will take you through the Personalisation screen. Simply enter the name of the recipient and the desired name of the Adoptable before clicking the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button. Your shopping cart will then appear, from here you can alter the quantity required, remove unwanted items or continue shopping. Once you are happy with your selection simply click the 'View Cart' button and then on your shopping cart click the 'Google Checkout' button to place your order and pay for it securely using a credit or debit card.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your Adoptables order using almost any major credit or debit card, Adoptables.co.uk uses Google Checkout as a fast, simple and above all secure payment method. If you already have an account with Google Checkout you will be prompted to enter your account details once you click the 'Google Checkout' button from witihn your shopping cart.
I don't have a Google Checkout account, how can I get one?
If you do not already have a Google Checkout Account you can quickly and safely sign up for one, simply click the 'Google Checkout' button from within your shopping cart, you will then be taken to Google's own secure checkout screen where you can quickly, easily and securely enter your details to sign up for a Google Checkout account. Your Google Checkout account can then be used to pay for purchases not just from Adoptables.co.uk but also from thousands of other online stores.
I have ordered an Adoptable but it has not arrived, where is it?
After ordering your Adoptable it should usually arrive within 3-4 working days, however on occasion it is possible the they may take slightly longer due to factors beyond our control. If you have not received your Adoptable within 7 working days of ordering it please Contact Us either by using one of the methods on the Contact Us page or by emailing enquiries@adoptables.co.uk.
What do I do if my Adoptable is damaged upon receipt?
Adoptables are securely packaged and do not consist of anything particularly fragile and so damaged items should not usually be a problem. If however you are unhappy with the condition of your item upon receipt you may return it to us and we will send a replacement free of charge. When is the last order date for christmas delivery?
In order to guarantee delivery in time for christmas we recommend that your order should be placed no later than Friday the 19th December
How much is the standard postage & packaging charge?
Our standard postage & packaging charge is just 99p, however we are currently running a special Christmas offer which means that we are giving you the postage and packaging for FREE!. For more information on this offer please see our Offers page.
